Conducted a competitive analysis for the Boston Celtics to uncover best practices, improve fan engagement, and increase waitlist conversion rates.
As a UX Designer and Researcher, I focused on building user trust and social presence within an AI tool. I led the end-to-end design, using iterative prototyping and usability testing to refine the bot's persona for clarity and accuracy. To ensure the tool was practically useful, I designed it to act as a "thinking buddy" that offers transparent, explainable insights to support demand planner decision-making.
Delta (Ikigai Bot) is an AI-powered demand forecasting assistant built on Custom GPT that simplifies supply chain management for Delta Children. It analyzes historical sales data to predict trends, identifies dead stock versus out-of-stock risks, and provides strategic restocking recommendations. Beyond analysis, it streamlines daily workflows by drafting emails and summarizing insights for cross-functional teams.
